Abstract

Gut health is increasingly recognized  as a cornerstone of overall human  well-being, influencing not only  digestion but also immunity, mental  health, and metabolic function.  Functional gastrointestinal disorders  such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome  (IBS), chronic gastritis, bloating,  and dysbiosis are among the most  commonly encountered conditions  in clinical practice today. While  conventional medicine offers  symptomatic management through  dietary modifications, probiotics, and  pharmacological agents, homoeopathy  provides a deeply individualized,  constitutional approach that addresses  the root cause of gut disturbances.  This article presents a simple  contemporary clinical overview of  gut health disorders and explores  how homoeopathy can serve as a  complementary and integrative system  for their long-term management.
