Author Guidelines

Homoeopathy for All

Homoeopathy for All welcomes original scholarly and professional contributions related to homoeopathy, clinical practice, health, medical education, integrative healthcare, and related areas relevant to the scope of the journal.

Authors are advised to carefully read these guidelines before submitting their manuscripts.


1. Types of Manuscripts

The journal may consider the following types of submissions:

Original Research Articles

Original research presenting new findings, observations, analyses, or evidence relevant to homoeopathy, healthcare, or related disciplines.

Review Articles

Comprehensive and critical reviews of published literature on important topics relevant to the journal's scope.

Clinical Articles

Articles presenting clinically relevant discussions, approaches, observations, and professional perspectives.

Case Reports

Reports describing individual clinical cases or case series with educational or scientific relevance.

Appropriate patient consent and protection of confidentiality are required.

Literature Reviews

Articles providing a structured or narrative review of existing literature on a relevant subject.

Short Communications

Brief reports presenting important observations, preliminary findings, or focused discussions.

Editorials and Commentaries

Invited or independently submitted scholarly opinions and discussions on relevant professional issues.

Letters to the Editor

Constructive comments, observations, or discussions relating to previously published articles or topics relevant to the journal.


2. Manuscript Submission

Manuscripts should be submitted through the journal's online submission system.

Authors should ensure that all required information and files are provided during submission.

The submitting author will normally act as the corresponding author unless otherwise indicated.

Before submission, authors should ensure that:

  • The manuscript is complete;

  • All authors have approved the submission;

  • The manuscript is original;

  • Ethical requirements have been fulfilled;

  • References have been checked for accuracy; and

  • Required declarations are included.


3. Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts should be prepared in clear, professional English.

Authors should ensure that the manuscript has been carefully checked for:

  • Grammar;

  • Spelling;

  • Scientific terminology;

  • Clarity;

  • Consistency; and

  • Accuracy.

Poorly prepared manuscripts may be returned to authors for language or technical improvement before peer review.


4. Recommended Manuscript Structure

Original Research Articles

Original research articles should generally include:

5. Title Page

The title page should include:

  • Full title of the manuscript;

  • Full name of each author;

  • Institutional affiliation of each author;

  • Department, institution, city, and country;

  • Corresponding author's name and email address; and

  • ORCID iD, where available.

The title should be concise, accurate, and clearly reflect the content of the manuscript.


6. Abstract

The abstract should provide a clear summary of the manuscript.

For original research articles, a structured abstract is recommended and may include:

  • Background;

  • Objectives;

  • Methods;

  • Results; and

  • Conclusion.

The abstract should clearly state the main findings and significance of the work.


7. Keywords

Authors should provide appropriate keywords after the abstract.

Generally, 3–6 relevant keywords are recommended.

Keywords should accurately represent the main subject areas of the manuscript.


8. Ethical Approval

Research involving human participants must comply with applicable ethical and institutional requirements.

Where ethical approval was required, authors must include:

  • Name of the ethics committee or institutional review board;

  • Approval number, where applicable; and

  • Confirmation that the study was conducted according to applicable ethical principles.


9. Informed Consent

Where research involves human participants or identifiable patient information, authors must obtain appropriate informed consent.

For case reports, written consent for publication should be obtained when required.

Authors should protect patient confidentiality and remove identifying information unless explicit permission has been obtained.


10. Case Reports

Case reports should provide sufficient clinical and educational information while protecting patient confidentiality.

A case report may generally include:

  • Introduction;

  • Patient information;

  • Clinical findings;

  • Case history;

  • Assessment;

  • Management or intervention;

  • Follow-up and outcomes;

  • Discussion; and

  • Conclusion.

Authors should avoid unsupported claims and clearly describe the limitations of individual clinical observations.


11. Tables

Tables should:

  • Be numbered consecutively;

  • Have a clear and descriptive title;

  • Be referred to in the text;

  • Contain relevant information only; and

  • Avoid duplication of information already presented in the text.

Tables should be editable and should not normally be submitted only as images.


12. Figures and Images

Figures, photographs, illustrations, and other images should be of good quality.

Each figure should:

  • Be numbered consecutively;

  • Have an appropriate caption;

  • Be cited in the manuscript text; and

  • Be submitted with appropriate permissions where necessary.

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted material.

Patient photographs must comply with privacy and consent requirements.


13. References

Authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all references.

References should:

  • Be relevant to the manuscript;

  • Be cited appropriately in the text;

  • Contain accurate bibliographic information; and

  • Include DOI information where available.

Authors should avoid excessive self-citation and citation manipulation.

References should be prepared according to the journal's required citation style.


14. Authorship

Only individuals who have made substantial contributions to the manuscript should be listed as authors.

All authors must:

  • Approve the final manuscript;

  • Agree to its submission;

  • Accept responsibility for their contribution; and

  • Confirm that the information provided is accurate.

Changes to authorship after submission should be clearly explained and may require approval from all authors.


15. Conflict of Interest

All authors must disclose any financial, professional, institutional, or personal relationships that could influence the manuscript.

If no conflict of interest exists, authors should include the following statement:

Conflict of Interest: The authors declare that they have no conflict of interest.


16. Funding Statement

Authors should disclose all financial support received for the research or manuscript.

If there was no specific funding, authors may state:

Funding: The authors received no specific funding for this work.


17. Acknowledgements

Individuals, organizations, institutions, or contributors who assisted with the work but do not qualify for authorship may be acknowledged.

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission from individuals named in the acknowledgements where appropriate.


18. Originality and Plagiarism

Submitted manuscripts must be original and must not have been previously published elsewhere.

The journal may screen manuscripts for plagiarism and duplicate publication.

Manuscripts found to contain significant plagiarism, duplication, or unethical publication practices may be rejected.


19. Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools

If artificial intelligence tools have been used in the preparation of a manuscript, authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, integrity, and validity of the submitted content.

Artificial intelligence tools should not be listed as authors.

Authors should disclose significant use of AI tools where such use materially contributed to the preparation of the manuscript, in accordance with the journal's editorial requirements.


20. Peer Review Process

Submitted manuscripts undergo editorial assessment to determine their suitability for the journal.

Manuscripts considered appropriate may be sent for peer review.

The editorial decision may include:

  • Acceptance;

  • Minor Revision;

  • Major Revision; or

  • Rejection.

The final decision regarding publication rests with the Editor and Editorial Team.


21. Revision of Manuscripts

Authors receiving revision requests should:

  • Respond carefully to reviewer and editor comments;

  • Make necessary changes to the manuscript; and

  • Provide a clear response explaining the revisions made.

Failure to respond adequately to important editorial or reviewer comments may affect the publication decision.


22. Publication Ethics

Authors must comply with the journal's Publication Ethics and Malpractice Policy.

Manuscripts involving plagiarism, fabricated data, falsification, duplicate publication, unethical research, authorship manipulation, or other serious misconduct may be rejected or investigated.


23. Copyright and Publishing Agreement

Authors may be required to complete the journal's copyright, publishing agreement, licence, or other publication documentation before publication.

Authors should ensure that they have the necessary rights and permissions for all material included in their manuscript.


24. Post-Publication Corrections

Authors should immediately inform the Editorial Office if they identify a significant error in their published article.

Where appropriate, the journal may publish a correction, expression of concern, or retraction to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record.


25. Important Note on Medical and Clinical Content

Authors are responsible for ensuring that medical, clinical, and therapeutic information is presented accurately and responsibly.

Clinical claims should be supported by appropriate evidence and should not be misleading or exaggerated.

Individual case experiences and professional opinions should be clearly distinguished from findings supported by systematic scientific research.


26. Final Checklist Before Submission

Before submitting your manuscript, please confirm that:

✓ All authors have approved the manuscript.

✓ The manuscript is original and not under consideration elsewhere.

✓ Ethical approval has been obtained where required.

✓ Patient consent has been obtained where required.

✓ References have been checked.

✓ Tables and figures are correctly numbered.

✓ Required permissions have been obtained.

✓ The manuscript has been carefully checked for language and formatting.
