Abstract

Background: Chronic tension-type  headache (CTTH) is a prevalent  primary headache disorder among  young adults aged 19–30 years,  characterized by persistent, pressing  pain and significant psychosocial  impact. Despite conventional  management, many patients seek  complementary approaches such as  homeopathy for holistic relief.
