Abstract

The study focuses on a specific area within the Raipur district of Chhattisgarh and examines the perspectives of general users regarding Artificial Intelligence. The research paper highlights the significance of AI in users' daily lives and explores their attitudes toward its usage. The primary objective is to examine AI use and its advantages and disadvantages. Data were collected via questionnaires and Google Forms, with 293 respondents providing feedback, constituting the study's complete sample. The results reveal that the majority of users are knowledgeable about AI and employ various AI tools. The research emphasises the benefits of AI while also addressing concerns about employment, security, and privacy. Ultimately, it can be concluded that AI has proven to be a boon for society and the individuals within it.
