Author Guidelines

Guide for Authors
General formatting information
•    Manuscripts must be written in concise English and typed on one side only in white paper of A4 size with at least 2.5 cm margins on all sides maximum 20 pages. 
•    Use times new roman text size 12 font in 1.5 line spacing.
•    Include automatic line and page numbering
•    Tables and figures should be embedded in their places in the text after their first mention.  
Article structure
Title Page
Separate the title page and make sure your title page contains the following information.
Title
The title should be concise and informative.
Author information
•    The name(s) of the author(s): Present as a family name, abbreviations (ex. Moussa, S.Z.; Elsayed, W. and Hasan, T.Y.).
•    The affiliation(s) of the author(s), i.e. institution, (department), city, (state), country
•    A clear indication and an active e-mail address of the corresponding author
Abstract
Please provide an abstract of 150 to 250 words. The abstract should not contain any undefined abbreviations or unspecified references.
Manuscript
Blind Manuscript: the main body of the paper (abstract, keywords, introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion, acknowledgments, and references.
Statements and Declarations
All manuscripts must contain the following sections under the heading 'Declarations' before References section:
•    Ethics approval and consent to participate
•    Consent for publication
•    Availability of data and material
•    Competing interests
•    Funding
•    Authors' contributions
If any of the sections are not relevant to your manuscript, please include the heading and write 'Not applicable' for that section.
Acknowledgments
Acknowledgments of people, grants, funds, etc. should be placed in a separate section on the title page. The names of funding organizations should be written in full.
References
Please ensure that every reference cited in the text is also present in the reference list (and vice versa). The reference cited in the text in bold font (ex.: Nahar et al., 1995) and the cited literature should be listed, in alphabetical order. The general form is as follows:
•    Reference to a journal publication:
Cooper, W.S. (1923): The recent ecological history of Glacier Bay, Alaska. Ecology, 4: 223.
Nahar, J.G.; Howlader, Z.A. and Rahman, J.R. (2006): Radiation sterilization and mating competitiveness of Melon fly, Bactrocera cucurbitae (Coquillett) (Diptera: Tephritidae) male in relation to sterile insect release method. Pakistan J., 9 (13): 2478.
•    Reference to a book:

•    Reference to a chapter in an edited book:

Article Publishing Charge
As an Open Access journal, publication in Journal of Nuclear Technology in Applied Science (JNTAS) requires the payment of an article publication charge (APC) for each accepted manuscript. The standard APC for this journal is USD 150.
Payment should be made directly to the Egyptian Society of Radiation Sciences and Applications.
The journal is published online only. All authors will receive a PDF copy of their article, but no hard copies of the reprints or journal issues will be supplied.
