Abstract

Homoeopathic Facial Analysis (HFA), pioneered by Grant Bentley, represents a modern innovation in homeopathy that seeks to minimize subjectivity in case-taking. By analyzing fixed facial features, HFA identifies a patient’s dominant miasm and integrates this with symptom totality to refine remedy selection. Recent advances in artificial intelligence (AI) have further strengthened this approach, offering automated facial mapping, objective symptom tracking, and integration with digital health records. This paper explores the theoretical foundations of HFA, its methodology, classical miasmatic descriptions, and the emerging role of AI in enhancing reproducibility and clinical precision.
