The study examined the regional differences that exist on the occurrence of health, production and marketing problems in broiler poultry farming of Indian Punjab. To determine the differences across the regions, after log transforming the data to overcome heteroscedasticity, a two-way ANOVA model without replication, followed by Tukey’s Honestly Significant Difference (HSD) post-hoc test has been used. Broiler poultry farmers in Malwa region showed higher intensity of occurrence of health constraints. Marketing constraints reveals uniformity across regions. High cost of feed is the major production related issue faced by the broiler poultry farmers and it is invariable across the regions. Veterinary diagnostic laboratory, subsidized feed ingredients, and health surveillance system to detect the diseases could solve the problem to a greater extent.
