Abstract

An experiment study was conducted at AICRP on Agroforestry, Dr. BSKKV Dapoli, Dist. Ratnagiri, Maharashtra during 2020-2021. The experiment was laid out in a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with ten (10) treatments and three (3) replications using agroforestry crop residues. Incorporation of Ain (Terminalia tomentosa) residue @ 5 t ha-1 was significantly influenced the plants nutrients NPK and micronutrients content in grain and straw of mustard crop and its uptake viz. nitrogen uptake (23.92 kg ha-1), phosphorus uptake (6.76 kg ha-1), potassium uptake(14.55 kg ha-1), Zn uptake (53.52 g ha-1), Fe uptake (540.72 g ha-1), Mn uptake (102.50 g ha-1) and Cu uptake (34.93 g ha-1) over control. Application of agroforestry nutritious residues contributed organic matter in soil reflected to improve soil nutrients and crop yield.
